Meet Eric Love

Born and raised in Washington, Massachusetts, Eric graduated from University of Mass with his Turf Management degree in 2004. After working on several golf courses up North including the Country Club of Pittsfield, he moved to South Carolina in 2016.

Since moving to South Carolina, Eric has gained valuable experience and knowledge in different work fields. This includes Heavy Equipment Operation specializing in installation, maintenance and repairs of underground sewer and water infrastructures with RH Moore, Assistant Superintendent at Long Bay Golf Club in Longs, SC and Senior Irrigation Technician at SeaGreen Lawn Care & Irrigation (no longer in business).

Eric takes pride in helping homeowners with their irrigation systems. He enjoys problem solving and helping clients save money on their water bills while maintaining their water needs for their properties.

Current Pricing for 2024

Eric's mission is to provide quality irrigation services and repairs at affordable rates. We keep our overhead low and work as a 2 person team to service our client's one on one. 2024 rates have been updated Oct 2023 and will apply to new and current customers.

Full System Check

$150*

Eric will perform a Full System Irrigation Check to ensure all zones are operating properly. Sprinkler heads/nozzles are spraying correctly and check/program the control panel for optimum function and watering. Includes up to 6 zones and 1hr of Eric's time.

*Out of Service Area: $175+ for Full System Irrigation Checks in Pawleys Island, North Conway & Loris.

6+ Zones is an additional $25 per Zone.

**CITY METERS ONLY - Service fee still applies if Eric discovers there is a Well Pump on site **

Spring Start Up

$150*

Thoroughly checks irrigation system to ensure all aspects and parts are functioning properly. Custom programing of control panel with customer education. This is different than a Full System Check*

Includes up to 6 zones. $25 per additional zone

Out of service area: $200* - Pawleys Island, North Conway & Loris.

Fall Shut Down

$130*

Eric will shut down your irrigation system to protect it from the cold Carolina winters. It is essential to perform this to prevent damage and costly repairs.

Includes up to 6 zones. $25 per additional zone

Out of service area: $175+* - Pawleys Island, North Conway & Loris

Labor

$100/hr*

* This includes actual labor on site plus office/admin work *

- 2hr minimum is required for most jobs -

*Full System Checks, Spring Start Ups and Fall Shut Downs include up to 1hr of labor in the set price.*

Parts

Quote Required

Parts may need to be ordered. An estimate will be prepared for the homeowner to review and accept via our digital proposal system. Deposits may be required prior to starting work depending on the job. This will be discussed one on one with the client.

**Eric will not install parts provided by customers - NO exceptions**
